🧮 Formula Settings

These settings apply globally to all games and control eNPS, NPS, churn, and attrition formulas.

Binder Import Mappings

Configure how columns from the Binder Excel file map to game fields. This allows you to adjust the import process if column names change.

📄 Import from CSV File

Upload a CSV file with three columns: Binder Category, Game Field, and Display Label (semicolon-separated). Use this to bulk import or replace all mappings at once.

Note: Multiple binder categories can map to the same game field. Values will be automatically aggregated during import (e.g., all "Salaries" categories sum into their respective cost fields).

Data explorer

Read-only view of the decisions and drafts tables. Under column headers, plain text uses a contains match; you can also use comparisons such as >0 or >0;<10 (semicolon separates AND clauses on the same column). Use advanced filters for null checks and starts/ends with. Sort from headers. Export downloads all matching rows to Excel. Queries are validated on the server; access is audited.

Advanced filters (operators)

Use this section for null checks and starts/ends with. In header cells, plain text uses contains; or use comparisons (>, >=, <, <=, =, !=) with a value—several clauses on one column separated by semicolons (AND). Multiple filters everywhere are combined with AND.
